Gosh...got me thinking to the days when we were growing up - no dryer - hung clothes out, even in winter as long as it wasn't raining ! They freeze - and when they thaw they're pretty much dry. Had a "laundry stick" to pull the clothes out of the hot water in the washer - move to "stationary tubs" to rinse - we had a ringer machine for all those years (you young folks won't know what that is
) ....and yet now i have a wonderful washer and dryer - and i STILL can't seem to keep up with the laundry !!!!!
