Sew Classics. I believe (someone will correct me if I'm wrong) that the 99's cover plate is the same as the 66's and I just ordered one for one of the 66s from them.
I've seen some beautiful machines being sold from Florida on eBay so I know they're down there. Far too many of them were pickup only, however.
