You can also just take an accurate drawing in "normal" size to Kinko's or Staples and they can enlarge it to whatever size you want. Draw a 1" square in one corner so you can verify their accuracy before you pay for it (it should blow up accurately).
And as I mentioned earlier, you'd only have to copy a quarter of the block, because all four quarters are identical.
