If you have an electronic machine DO NOT USE SEWERS AID! This was told to me by my dealer AND the repair lady.

Last week I was making a table runner, also with gold metallic running through it, and using metallic thread. It didn't matter how many times I re-threaded, changed to a top-stitching needle, and on and on, I still had difficulty. I finally set the table runner aside and started on a new runner, using gold color rayon Sulky thread, had absolutely NO problems on that one. No more metallic for me EVER. And this was Sulky metallic too.
