You lucky girl!! I lived in HI (Hickam AFB - Air Force brat) as a kid & visited the Islands several times while I was in the AR Air National Guard. I've wanted to go back for a long time but DH won't fly & I'd rather not go alone . . . although a quilt retreat on the beach would certainly be an incentive. Have reservations for Houston Quilt Fest so two big trips are not possible now. Hope you enjoy your retreat & try not to get too much sand on your fabric!
