It reminded me immediately of my mom, she loved to ice skate, and she was the only girl in the family, on her birthday after she was married and expecting her first child, her uncle asked her what she wanted, she said "Ice Skates" and he got them for her. I still have them. I am going to put new ribbon in them and put them by my fireplace this Christmas. I would love to have one of those blocks to put in my Christmas quilt I am making. Would you consider allowing me to purchase one? Help a girl carry on a precious memory of her mother.
