Sounds like you had a great time!

I purchased two of the quilts that were on display. They were all for sale.

One is a small one that was started in Egypt but finished in Grand Rapids (so it does not appear in the catalog of quilts - it's #98). Size is about 30 x 20 ... give or take. It is one of the "free form" applique - flowers in a vase. Very simple. The other is larger 55 x 55 (#8 in the catalog) and is one of their typical symmetrical quilts where the design is punched through 8 fold paper then the paper is unfolded and "pounced" - kind of like making paper snowflakes - but punching instead of cutting. Both of my quilts use the same color combination - honey with deep reds, black and green and will compliment my family room.

My husband told me I needed to decorate the newly remodeled family room with quilts ... he didn't say I had to MAKE the quilts Fortunately the room is LARGE so there is still plenty of wall space for my creations. But I really wanted to own one of these quilts ... I'm excited that I was able to get two. There were many that I wanted ... quite a few had been previously sold in Grand Rapids including all of the very large (King size) quilts.
