Now that was a cool story.. funny how a simple word or two can inspire a thought or a memory we had long ago shelved. I wish I had your memory there what a blast. We went to Half Moon bay to the pumpkin fields long before pumpkin patches were cool big events and there was no pumpkin festival.. it was go to the farm to buy your pumpkin which to me was the greatest event ever. Mom gave out lots of candy but she didnt believe in those good treats lol popcorn balls and such omg I had a rice cake and wondered today how they could call it carmel corn rice cakes tasted like.. nothing. I think those carmel corn things tasted didnt they? now I am going to ponder. Still want that black wrapped peanut butter taffy.. ah the good old days where you didnt worry about taking out a crown with your candy or ruining your bridge.. yep good old days.
