At first I thought that bird was some sort of a Kingfisher. Then I saw where you are from. I have heard them laugh .... probably at the zoo if I remember right. Kingfishers sound like machine gun fire as they fly looking for fish but maybe I should start calling that a laugh too. Thanks for the great photo and information.
