I wanted to see if there are any Bernina machine users here for a software question. I can't afford to buy the brand new software.
Could not afford the brand new machine. My questions is there is a lady selling a Bernina Editor Plus Embroidery Software Version 6 but it is actually Version 5 that has been updated to 6. She has a version 5 dongle and a update 6 dongle. Will that work on my computer? I have read that once you upgrade the dongle is dead. But does it mean the update dongle is dead? Or does it mean the 5 is dead and mow you have to use the 6? Also some confusion on after it is updated the dongle can't be used on another machine. I just don't want to buy some software that I can't use.
