I dont think I can go any smaller on my plate, I am already eating on a salad plate instead of a dinner plate for that reason. If I don't use a plate it is a small bowl.
I always get the local honey, find I do better with it than other honey. I may have to get a second bottle to take to work with me, I like hot tea with honey and may have to take some cinnamon with me to add to my hot tea also.
I am enjoying all the hints that are more natural than using medications to correct ailments over times.
