LOL! I thought your rotary cutter had flown off on it's own to another destination--like it was now lost. It didn't click--DUH! The handle can fly, but not the blade. I wouldn't pay $50 (25 each way) to check a bag. I have learned to stuff more junk in a carry on than a person should have a right to!
