They sound very good. I would think the topping would need a bit of butter to hold it together if you use flour. I like crumb topping on many things. The caramel sauce is a nice addition.
The butter sounds like a good idea if going to use the flour....otherwise, just leaving the flour out is what I plan on doing the next time I make them. Thanks for the suggestion!
