Just wanted to let eveyone know that I made this using crushed pineapple & it was GREAT. I did also have to bake it about 40-45 minutes until done. It still sank in the middle when it cooled, but was so very good. Can't wait to try it with different pie fillings. The only thing I didn't do was "grease" the pan & it was just fine, one less thing to do. LOL. I also used a 9x13 pan. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
