Hi,

Your Min A was made by Davis Sewing Machine Co. around 1904. Can't think of any gears that belong on bottom of machine, might be able to ID with photo. Minnesota A is a pretty basic vibrating shuttle, only problem it uses different needles and long bobbins than the industry "standard"--Singer. They are still available though. Have fun.

Almost forgot, Minnesota is a Sears brand name.
