Talked with Bernina today about my 830. She said she would be talking to my dealer and would call me back either today or tomorrow. I told her that after 5 trips to the dealer (two ended up with it being sent back to Bernina) plus the one that will be made tomorrow would make 6, I thought the machine needed to be replaced. she said that decision was done on a case be case basis, but she would talk to me more when she called me back. Hope I am happy after we talk.
