Is anyone using the Easy Quilter? I bought one at the Dallas Quilt Show earlier this year and it is still in the box because I am afraid to try it. I'm afraid because I don't have a modern machine with a stitch regulator. I have wonderful sewing machines but they are vintage. I'm wondering what kind of sewing machine folks are using with the Easy Quilter. I have taken the fold-down extension side off my Singer 301 and am contemplating using it on the EZ Quilter but there is not a quilting foot that fits this machine very well. I don't know about a FMQ foot for it. The only MODERN machine I have is an el cheapo Brother that I bought at Walmart about 8 years ago that sews beautifully! But it does not FMQ although the book says it will.
