irish. i don't really call it a cheat day, but i guess that's what it is. i have found that i can be extra good, and not eat so much, but then other days, my body seems to say 'feed me more'. so maybe more protein, veg's, grains or etc. on that day.
i see those breakfast cookies seem to only contain good things in them, but for me, i think it would work, if i could maybe use only the allowance of ingredients i would normally allow my self for breakfast. so maybe that would be l c. oatmeal, and the equev. of l fruit, etc. lst week this month, i didn't lose. 2nd week better. been putting cinim. in my oatmeal. tastes super good. think i can keep on track for a while. always in danger of blowing it all.
