I know a lot of you have been talking about okra........i dont eat it but I saw this recipe on facebook so I thought I would share
ROASTED OKRA: eliminate the slime! Toss with a bit of coconut oil; dust with a mix of sea salt, chili powder, cumin powder and coriander. Roast at 425 degrees until tender. Too good! Okra is a neglected superfood.
