QE, I use the reply cards from the magazines I get...you know ...the ones that fall out or tear out.....I have a bag of 500 3" ones all basted...now just to put them together...I did most of them when recuperating from Knee replacement surgery...There's a website that allows you to download & print the size shape you need..You could probably print on cardstock then pass the time cutting them out...when you cut the fabric for them make sure the seam allowance is more than 1/4"..1/3" is best...
