I bought the same fabric, in fat quarter bundles, tan colored, from Tuesday Mornings. The selvage says Riley Blake and and manufacturer, the same as the selvage on the Riley Blake fabrics I have that I bought from a quilt shop. Why do you think it is a knock off? I don't think it is or the quilt shop is selling a knock offs too.
Most big name fabric brands are manufactured in India, China or Pakistan. Tuesday Mornings buys overstocks and warehouse buy outs from high end stores and shops. Fun fact: Tuesday Morning sells a lot of their not sold items to Big Lots. I found fat quarter towers at Big Lots that were the same at Tuesday Mornings a season past for pennies on the dollar.
