Sadly it isn't the same height as the rest of my tables in my craft room so I don't see being able to fully integrate it with the rest of my furniture

I don't know if this table is lower or higher than the others, but just an FYI:
PVC piping is a very cheap way to raise the table height a couple of inches or a foot, whatever you need.
Cheaper than bed riser from BB&B.
