Ok, instead of rotary cutting instructions, I've done you some templates so you won't need to do strip cutting. you will need to join the patt for the large square. Then you could use the paper patts to make some cardboard templates. I just glue the paper to some cardboard and cut out when dry. All the best with your new project, looks like it's coming along great.
PS: The templates include a marked quarter inch seam allowance, don't forget to click print as image under advanced properties in adobe Reader so that the seam allowances will print out, also make sure scaling is set at nil
