I've been making this recipe for 30 years.

Bran Muffin Batter<o></o>
<o></o>
1 cup Oil<o></o>
1 cup Honey (12 ounces)<o></o>
6 Eggs<o></o>
1 quart Buttermilk<o></o>
1 box (15 oz.) Raisins (2¾ cups)<o></o>
2 large Apples, chopped (not too small)<o></o>
5 cups Whole Wheat Flour<o></o>
2 tablespoons Baking Soda<o></o>
2 teaspoons Salt<o></o>
2 cups Unprocessed Bran<o></o>

Mix and store in a LARGE tightly-sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three months. Stir batter and bake in muffin tins that have been sprayed with a cooking spray with flour in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. (Do not cool in the pan.)<o></o>
