I bought my prius C in march of this year. 3rd generation. My neighbors have the 1st and 2nd generations. Over the years I have been asking them many questions about their prius and they had nothing to say but postive things.I got all the bells and whistles on mine and don't regret it.My gas consumption was cut in half if not more. Last month my gas bill was less than 50.00. I drive for work ,so I put on alot of miles. In the city I avg. 50 to 80 miles per gal. Highway avg 55-60 miles per gal. I have reached 99.9. I was told toyoto sold there 1 st generation technology to ford and nissan.
