I'm finally finished a OBW I started last year! This quilt is for DH and me.
It has been a work-in-progress and sat all summer because it was just to warm to think about doing the quilting until recently.
I used Quilter's Dream-Dream Puff batting in it. It's a super thick yet lightweight batting and it stitched wonderfully. It is FMQ'd on my HQ Sixteen sit-down. I did a piped binding on it, machine stitched front and back so it would be super-durable and stand up to years of washings. It's already been through the wash once and is nice and soft and puffy!
I'm so happy to have this one done, and I get to take it to guild show & tell tonight. Then it goes on our bed!
