I've decided to make a quilt for my hairdressers new grandson. He's the light of her life, and I've been going to her for 16 years now. She's a friend (sorta...been to a party and dinner at her house) and I've wanted to do something nice. Now I can take all the squares and sew 'em up. do you think that I can get away with just sewing square to square, a border, then put it together? How big would that be...hmmm, anyone good at math?
