I had an operator help me also. I am still grateful for her help and will never forget her.
I had not seen my sister in about 7 years. She had an abusive ex.
I knew the town she lived in and thought I knew her new married name.
The operator went thru the whole list, called all of them and asked for my sis.
Then got back on the line with me. Sis and I resumed our sisterhood. ;-)
