I do shop a lot at my local Super Walmart which is only a mile from my home, my only local quilt shop is closing Nov. 2, and my local Joann is across town, 25 minutes away. I try to purchase the best fabric I can at the most affordable price. I have a huge lifelong stash closet....so I am really trying to use it up (maybe if I live another 50-75 years)...I believe that no matter what is said on this board, we must do the best we can, where we are, with the money we have. Yes not all fabric is created equal, some are better, some are worse and some are really bad.....but no one needs to have their feelings hurt because of the fabric they can afford to purchase is coming from a less than perfect place.....IMHO
