How do I cut the backround fabric?
I saw this tree skirt on Pinterest that a lady had designed herself. I would love to make a similar one for our smaller fiberoptic tree. It only has to be about 18" - 20" across. I have the 8 trees made but for the life of me I cannot get the correct octagon shape. The trees are 4" across the bottom & 5" high.
