I used this thread last night and loved it. I followed these directions

I wasn't sure about attaching the binding using a zigzag stitch so I attached it to the back of the quilt as usual and then did a zigzag down each edge. Pulled the binding to the front just over my binding seam and pressed. It worked like a charm! I put a pin in each mitered corner just for safekeeping and sewed it down from the front just inside the binding edge. Most of it ended up in the ditch on the back. Best looking machine binding I've ever done.
