Thanks for all the kind comments! It's a lot of fun! I was a bit apprehensive about quilting at first because I know there's a lot of measuring and precesion involved. Both of which are not my strong suit. But yes my friend is a really good teacher and very eager to show me. She had everything planned out and it was wonderful! I need to read the instructions cut some more strips and maybe work on the next block. If not just get the prep work for our next sewing date.
she asked me if I minded doing a holiday quilt and the. Showed me some stuff and picked out that after I ok'ed it. I think their lovely too. It can go with the dark green around the pin wheel too. But I like how the cream makes it pop. Might make some blocks with the green and some with the cream.
