I don't want to be a party pooper or squash your enthusiasm. I think it's wonderful you are so excited about learning to quilt, but if I were you, I'd get all of the Quilting 101 classes completed before attempting the others. I'm afraid you may become discouraged before getting all the quilting basics under your belt. Then go, enjoy, have fun.
