Foremost insures our 2 double wide homes and other structures for $3000plus for a $250 deductible. So far they have put on 2 new roofs and replaced one electric gate and a lot fencing due to wind damage. We've had no problem with them at all. We've had one rate increase in 11 years and it was a state wide increase not related to claims but it doubled our premiums.
