Do walking feet wear out?
I got a even feed foot (walking foot) at a thrift shop for my daughter's Singer Simple machine. It says Singer on it and is a low shank which is what she needs so we should be okay there. Can I tell by moving it by hand if it's still works before I mail it to her? If I move the fork that goes over the ' side spindle' should the grippers move?
