Craftybear, the International Quilt Show will be in Cincinnati again next April. I've been the 2 years it has been there (2010 and 2011) and plan to go again this year. The Duke Energy Center where it is held is easy to find, decent parking around and the place is huge. That would be much closer than Houston for you.
