I have a 14x14 Fiskar's that I bought at JoAnn's a while back and it won't stay together. I called them and they said it is defective and they will replace it for free. I told them I had several more Christmas table runner to do for Christmas and the lady told me to send it whenever I was ready and it will not be a problem. How is that for standing behind your product? I am truly impressed and I really do love the mat.
Mine won't stay together either. I thought it was just me. I am going to mount it on a board and put it on a lazy susan ball bearing thingy I just got from ebay. But I only got 4 inch . Now I am wondering if its going to be too small I figured it I mounted it to a board it would be ok. hmm well we will see.
