Thank you really needed a chuckle about now. Take it from a farm born and raised girl, kids not raised on a farm miss out on alot!... It is a whole different world.
My DD and her DH live on a race horse farm and our 5yr old DGD educated her kinder-garden class on what a teaser pony was. She asked her Daddy last year why they took the mares to the stallion barns. He told her " the momma horses went to see the daddy horses" she asked "why?" He told her "so they could talk." She proudly come home and told her Momma " I found out what goes on at the stallion barns." My DD said " You what?" DGD said "Yep, Daddy takes the Momma horses up to see the Daddy horses, I think she goes to tell him how the babies are doing, but I think there's more Daddy won't tell me. But I'll find out." Needless to say even though she wasn't allowed in the stallion barns, she doesn't go anymore, unless it's a have to situation!
