I am starting a new quilt for my Grandson, 2 1/2 years old. The name of the quilt is Brown Bear, Brown Bear using Andover Brown Bear fabric. Here is the link to know what I am talking about.

I am new to quilting and don't know how to adjust patterns. The quilt size is 64 1/2 X 64 1/2. I would like it large enough for a full size bed. I have the fabric that the directions call for, but will probably have to purchase more to make it larger. Was going to make it for him when he was a baby, but never got around to it.
Is there anyone here that could help me out? I would appreciate it very much!
