It would be so cool to own one of those cobbler machines in a treadle. I have no desire to make saddles, but it would be cool to be able to re-sheepskin/repair them! Nancy, unfortunately Uncle Bob has also passed and I don't believe that the ranch repairs their own tack any longer. Gayle, my aunt, is interested but doesn't have the back tolerance for lifting a lot of tack and Kenny, her current husband, thinks it's wate of his time. Not sure what happened to the sewing machine that Bob used.
