I"m sad about the LQS closing. Don't think of it as taking advantage of the closing so much as helping the owners. They would have to sell it even cheaper or figure out what to do with the stock. At some point they'll have to move out completely, then what? Go take some of that stuff off their hands and wish them well as you go. I'm telling you this from experience....my husband had to close his nursery a few years ago. We hated to lose the money we'd invested in stock, but it was better than losing the business and the house. So we cut everything down to clearance prices and were grateful every time anything left, plants or nonliving items. People thought they were only helping themselves, some even apologized for taking advantage of our misfortune, but we'd explain that they were helping us. And they were.
