Yes, that is where I got my instructions and paint. After my trial that did not go well, I think that my paint was not watered down enough, and that things were not wet enough to 'stick' to the fabric. Suction and weight appears to be critical.
It was sunny, but windy and cool when I tried this, so I think that had an effect. I am getting together the goodies to use next time. I won't get this done before Christmas, but I will do this again next summer. When I have the blocks ready I intend to sew them together then make a quilted wall hanging. I'll make a decorative stitch between the blocks, then quilt around all or most of the items.
I'm looking forward to this, but this is not going to be the time.
