Dan, I have two of those Wilcox and Gibbs and just love them! One of mine is a treadle and the other one looks like your machine! Doesn't it have a hunking big foot pedal! I also buy my needles off of e-bay - size Boye 20 1/2, but it is so worth it to actually use that baby. They make the nicest chain stitch. Did you know those machines are the ones used to make uniforms during the Civil War - because of the pretty chain stitch? It is cool to use the W&G's to do decorative stitches on something!
