www.thehometownquilter.com (a local online only quilt shop). The owner, Chris, knows the designer because she's from our town originally. The pattern is called Turkey Twist by Handcrafts By Jennifer. If you don't see the turkey on her website, you can email her. I've seen it in other shops as well. The website on the back of the pattern is
