So far I have cut out the diamond shapes but not sub cut into the quarters.
The red are in the pattern that is what I was saying. Should I have checked that they were not so close when I stitcHed the straight seam. I did the 4 diamonds then joined them in straight rows this is we're it goes wrong.. If you find your instructions or could you do a tut for others as well you are so good and others may enjoy doing the pattern.
