If that's a Marci Baker pattern it is easier than most. It's done with a 60 degree ruler and the triangles are sewn in strips - no Y seams. I brought the book at a quilt show and saw Marci demonstrate the pattern. Creative Grids has a triple, 60 degree triangles, that allows you to cut three at a time, but at $35 I couldn't justify the cost.
