i always pre-wash my wide backs- then remove them from the dryer before they are over-dried---then they are wrinkle/crease free & ready to load- much easier than handling on the ironing board- i tried the spray it on the frame once---was not happy with that method- fabric stretches if it's wet- if you wait for it to dry then quilt it all takes forever---turn spray...wait, wait wait- quilt- turn, spray, wait wait wait...not my idea of a good time.
