Just type in the recipe (or cut and paste if it is online) and you can get the calorie content for the entire recipe, or divide it into servings.
I have been keeping track of my calorie intake since the end of March. So far, with exercise...have lost nearly 70 lbs. Unfortunately have a ways more to go but this site lets me know exactly what I eat, the only way I have ever been successful!
