The easy answer is yes. My husband does all that for us so I can't tell you exactly how to do it. Your phone and ipad need to be synced up with your computer. You load them all on and then you can make folders putting each photo into one where you want it. (We have folders for misc., birthdays, quilts, one each for son's pics, etc.)
