Owl softie
I am working on ideas for christmas gifts - found a blog where a woman made owl softies and gave them each their own personality by the outfit that the owl was wearing - for instance, the bookworm owl had glasses and was holding a small felt book, the princess owl was wearing pink - had a little ruffle tutu and a crown on her head. So I had my husband draft an owl pattern for me and I made my first softie yesterday - I think it would be cute for my nephew's baby and my grandson for Christmas - I like the idea of changing up the personality of the softie by the outfit and makes it very personal for the receiver.
